These certainly aren’t healthy, and while they aren’t the Worst thing I’ve blogged about it’s easy to eat a few at once.
The recipe is supposedly similar to the Red Lobster one. Of course I have no idea how close it is, but I think they taste good.
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
Two and a Half cups of Bisquick
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 stick cold butter
Heaping cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
2-4 Tablespoons melted Butter
1/2 -1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder (depending on butter usage)
1/4- 1/2 Teaspoon Parsley (again, dependant on butter usage)
Let’s Get Cooking!
Combine your mix & butter and mash with a fork until the butter is in tiny pieces.
Add in the Milk, Cheese & Garlic Powder (take off your rings & watches, this is gonna get messy.) The mixture will be sloppy at first but it will firm up. Don’t get it TOO firm though.
Spoon onto ungreased baking sheets (Ice cream scoops work nicely)
Bake about 15 minutes (tops should begin to brown)
When you take the biscuits out of the oven, make the topping mixture.
Lightly brush it over the tops of all of the biscuits.
Makes roughly 1 dozen (They’re big so you should be able to turn 12 into 18 if you’d like)
